Jermain Taylor vs Jeff Lacy

This is going to be a tough match november 15th but I think Jeff Lacys power is going to overwhelm jermain Taylor because We all know Jeff can Take Jermains punches .Jermain Taylor needs to play the outside game in order to win this one.Tell me what you think?
